IT Support for Students

The NCI Department has a dedicated team to provide IT Support to all students.  If you have any queries, or issues please ensure you contact the team by one of the methods listed below.  If we do not know you have an issue, we cannot be of assistance!

Please do not assume that telling your lecturer about an issue you are experiencing is sufficient.  It is important that YOU notify us of issues directly, with as much information as possible, and a contact number if feasible, so we can get back to you if necessary.  When contacting IT Support for support, please ensure you have your student number to hand.

Hours of service:

Direct IT Support is provided at the following times

  • Monday to Thursday - 08:00 to 22:00
  • Friday -  08:00 to 20:00
  • Saturdays - 08:00 to 16:00
  • Sundays - 08:00 to 16:00 dependant on events in college

Outside of these hours, please log your query or issue via the Online IT Helpdesk / Email or Telephone and leave a voicemail, and a member of the support team will respond at the next available opportunity.

  • IT Support Desk Office: located on the first floor, Room 1.07, opposite Theatre 1
