Know IT encourages participants to take their first steps in learning about computers and concentrates on practical tasks such as writing email, exploring the Internet or simple word processing. Know IT has specifically been developed for people with little or no previous computer experience, therefore it also contains activities on computer basics and tutorials on mouse and keyboard skills.
