Research at National College of Ireland is regarded as a core activity embedded in the academic culture and contributing to the overall mission of the college. Lifelong learning and workplace learning represent National College of Ireland’s historical and current sphere of interest. Within this context National College of Ireland, as the College for a learning society, strives to provide access to quality education at a time, place and pace that meets the learner’s needs.
The research interests of faculty in the School of Business include amongst other things human resource management/industrial relations, work and employment relations, financial services, employment law, behaviour in organisations, social & business ethics and accounting and entrepreneurship.
