Professor of Economics and award-winning researcher in Health Economics in the National College of Ireland.

  • Award winning and internationally recognised researcher in the areas of health economics and health policy, with an interest in behavioural economic applications to public policy.

  • Almost 50 publications across highly esteemed and high impact international peer reviewed journals.
