Payments for International Students

Your full tuition fee must be paid before you travel to Ireland. We offer a few payment options for international student payments.

Students hanging out at temporary accommodation International students can pay via direct bank transfer or through the PayToStudy application.

Option 1: We have partnered with Cohort Go Payments to offer a fairer, smarter and easier way to pay international student expenses. Through our dedicated payments portal, you can make international payments in your local currency with competitive foreign exchange rates and no fees. You’ll receive real-time tracking updates via email, so you’ll always know where your payments are from start to finish.

Option 2: Pay via International Bank Transfer directly to our bank account.

You must quote your name and student ID number on your transfer so that we can trace your payment.

Please do not lodge a cash amount to the NCI bank account - this will not be accepted.

All courses at NCI are subject to strict limits and places are only confirmed when a student pays their fees in full. Applicants should note that submission of a payment does not guarantee a place, as seats are only allocated on a first come/ first served basis.

Once you have made the payment you are required to:

1. Download the Payment Transfer Form  and complete it in full.

2. Email your completed Payment Transfer Form together with a copy of your proof of payment (for example your bank transfer receipt) to internationalpayments@ncirl.ie.

This means that we can send you a receipt for your payment. Please remember that it may take five working days for your payment to reach the NCI Bank Account. Once we receive the payment into our Bank Account your fee receipt will usually be ready within three working days.
