Repeat Registration Forms

• Repeat By Attending Registration Form: This form is for students who are required to Repeat by Attending in Semester Two the 2023/2024 Academic Year (January 2024).
• Repeat by Assessment Registration Form: The form for students who are required to Repeat by Assessment in the May 2024 Exam Period.

Recheck/Review Application Forms

• Exam Review Application Form: Students must have their full set of results for programme stage. Exam Reviews can be requested when the stage is finished and you have a complete set of results. Please ensure to select the correct form as per your programme.

Other Forms

• Exit Award Application Form: Students who wish to exit their programme with a lesser award should complete the form via the Student Support Hub.
• Past Transcript Request Form: Alumni who wish to request a copy of their transcripts should complete this form. Current students can access and download their results via the Results page on MyDetails. 
• Diploma Supplement Reissue Request Form: Alumni who wish to request a reprint of their Diploma Supplement should complete this form
