Primary Table Quiz Challenge
The Early Learning Initiative at National College of Ireland is committed to supporting children’s education in the inner city docklands area.
The NCI Challenge Project is designed to encourage children in 2nd, 3rd and 4th class to develop their literacy, numeracy and general knowledge skills, through a series of interschool challenges held at NCI. The project also aims to increase and facilitate parental involvement in children’s learning.
The second challenge of this academic year was a Table Quiz for 3rd/4th class at National College of Ireland on Wednesday 10th March 2010 at 4pm. 96 children attended, representing 6 schools, and their parents and families came along to support them. NCI's Professor Jimmy Hill, Dean of the School of Business, acted as Quizmaster for the evening and he was a great success with the children.

1. General Knowledge
2. Children’s Books
