The Graduation Ceremony will take place in the Convention Centre on Thursday 22nd November and full details of the event, how to book, guest invites and timings will all be made available mid-September once the final exam boards have been approved. Arlene Supple will manage the Graduation Ceremony. (graduation@ncirl.ie)


Graduation Ball:

Tickets for the NCI Graduation ball are now on sale via Eventbrite.  The NCI Graduation Ball will take place on the evening after your graduation (Friday 23rd November) beginning at 7.30pm in the spectacular setting of Clontarf Castle.  On arrival you will be treated to the full red carpet experience beginning with a spectacular drinks reception in the medieval lobby with music and a professional photographer. We will then move to the magnificent setting of the Great Hall for a gala dinner with entertainment, a band, DJ and late night bar extension until 1am.

Booking a table/tables for your class:

To reserve a table for between 8 - 12 people , please send the names of the 8-12 people who have purchased tickets and want to sit together at the same table to: caroline.kennedy@ncirl.ie

·       Spectacular red carpet prosecco reception in the medieval lobby with musical entertainment from the Bugle Babes and a professional photographer. 

·       3 course gala dinner with wine 

·       Entertainment throughout dinner

·       After dinner cocktail 

·       Instaglam photo booth

·       Band and DJ 

·       Late night bar extension until 1am

Tickets are €70 per person

100 early bird tickets @ €60 per person available until 14th September (or earlier if they sell out). They can be purchased online via Eventbrite/.

 Can I bring a guest to the graduation ball?

Yes you are more than welcome to purchase an additional guest ticket! Tickets are €70 per person

 Do part time students attend?


 Can I sit with my friends/class mates ?

Yes, if you and your friends and guests book tickets and email caroline.kennedy@ncirl.ie BEFORE 10th November 2018 with a table of between 8-12 people we would be delighted to accommodate that request.

What is included in the price?

Ticket prices are per person and include

Prosecco reception on arrival with entertainment and a professional photographer to capture you on your special evening. We will make these photos freely available to you once the event is over.

Rooms can be booked directly with the hotel at a rate of €169 per room


Examination Office

Administration of examinations in National College of Ireland, at both undergraduate and postgraduate level and on or off campus is centralised and administered by the Examinations Office.
