P-TECH Programme Director 

The P-TECH Programme Director will provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and relationship management to ensure the successful implementation, sustainability, and potential scaling of the P-TECH Programme. Reporting to the Vice Dean of Social Sciences in NCI, the P-TECH Programme Director will also lead governance reform, promote effective communication, and support continuous improvement in line with the Department of Education and Youth's recommendations.

Associate Faculty – CIPD Accredited Programmes 

The Associate Faculty member is primarily responsible for delivering Learning & Development module/s to a high standard, on a part-time basis, to students on the CIPD Accredited Professional Programmes. The key functions are to lecture and assess students on Learning & Development modules and to contribute to curriculum development.  Innovative, practical assessments are a key differentiator for the CIPD Accredited Professional Programmes and are one of the key reasons for their success.
