Associate Faculty – CIPD Accredited Programmes
The Associate Faculty member is primarily responsible for delivering Learning & Development module/s to a high standard, on a part-time basis, to students on the CIPD Accredited Professional Programmes. The key functions are to lecture and assess students on Learning & Development modules and to contribute to curriculum development. Innovative, practical assessments are a key differentiator for the CIPD Accredited Professional Programmes and are one of the key reasons for their success. The Associate Faculty member will contribute to their continued success.
