Every APP & PFP CPD Member is obliged to:
- Fully participate in this CPD scheme and comply with all of its requirements
- Maintain membership of the CPD Member Scheme
Any breach of either one or both of these conditions will result in removal of the person from the CPD Member scheme and removal of the APP or PFP designation in the case of qualified members. A person who is removed from the CPD scheme for non-compliance must be removed from their regulated firm’s Register of Accredited Persons and can only be restored once he or she is again in compliance with the CPD requirements.
