  • He has published widely and received a number of awards, in particular, for his text on 'Capability-building in SMEs through participation in a Learning Network'. His research interest include the impact of leadership styles on business performance and capability-building in SMEs.
  • Philip has a European Test User Certificate (British Psychological Society) and he is also quality with the British Psychological Society to Levels A & B and is an accredited practitioner in EQ-I and EQ-360.
  • Philip has accreditation in 'Leadership & Organisation Development' from the Judge Business School, Cambridge University, England and Harvard Kennedy School, USA.

Industrial Experience

  • Philip has over twenty five years' experience working in both private and public sectors. His areas of expertise and consultancy are: Leadership and strategic management in organisations; Management of organisational change; Extensive knowledge of the learning needs and capability requirements of SMEs.
