Registration Form

Completing this form applies to all new international students (whether you’re already living in Ireland or preparing to travel here).

All new international students must complete the Registration Form and email it before travelling to internationalsupport@ncirl.ie

Completing Your Registration Form

Please complete your form as soon as you can and submit it before you travel. The deadline is 4th September 2026, but submitting early allows us to make sure everything is ready for your arrival.

It is required to ensure that you are:

1. Registered for your course.
2. Scheduled for your NCI Airport Shuttle (if booked).
3. Scheduled for your Welcome Meeting and campus tour. Learn more about Welcome Meetings.
4. Issued your letter to register with immigration (after you have attended your Welcome Meeting).
5. Issued your student card on Orientation Session Day. Learn more about your Orientation Session Day.

NCI Airport Shuttle Service

The NCI Airport Shuttle Service is available to new international students only. 

You must submit your NCI Registration Form according to our service and booking dates below:
