This programme provides a strong theoretical foundation in the broader disciplines of management as well as focusing on the practical application of theory in real world settings and cases. The 2-year degrees at NCI

NCI has nearly 75 years of experience delivering higher education to busy people. Our 2-year undergraduate degrees are designed in a flexible way to ensure that you can maintain your work and family commitments while working towards a BA (Hons) in HRM Strategy and Practice or in Business Management.

Both accelerated degrees are condensed into 3 stages across 2 years, delivered in the evenings online, with some Saturdays on campus. Block delivery means you focus on one module at a time, and exams and assignments are timed to follow the module.

While the programme design makes it possible to achieve an honours degree in two-years, it requires deep commitment and strong time management on the part of the student, as well as a genuine interest in the subject matter and desire to progress.

This year only, NCI is offering 2-year-degree alumni the chance to win a scholarship to cover full fees for the two-year, part-time, blended delivery MBA programme.

You must apply for the MBA prior to submitting a scholarship application. Requiring a current CV and a personal statement, you’ll find the application form for the scholarship and further information on our website.

Note that, as a graduate of NCI, you are eligible to receive a €1,000 discount off postgrad fees or, if you graduated with first-class honours, a 50% discount (see all scholarships and discounts).
