Module Evaluation Survey - Thank You Students!

Update: NCI's Director of Quality and Institutional Effectiveness, Patricia Maguire, extends a big thank you to all the students who took the time to complete the recent module surveys, for this semester.

Patricia said "27% of the students registered on modules this semester took the time to complete the short, anonymised module surveys. This provides NCI with a good representation of students' views about the quality of our modules - the information is really useful to lecturers who are planning the next delivery of these modules. Thank you to all those who responded."

"We'd like more students to complete the surveys in the next semester: look out for information around April 2024".

**Calling all NCI Students! The NCI Module Learner Evaluation Survey, for students, is now live*. The deadline for submissions has been extended until Friday 8th December at 5pm.

What is the NCI Module Learner Evaluation Survey?

The NCI Quality office is asking students to take a few minutes to complete the short survey (ten questions) for each module they have taken this semester.

Your feedback will be anonymised and will go straight to the module lecturer as part of an overall feedback report on the module. Your lecturers can then use these reports to consider whether improvements will be needed to modules the next time they are delivered.

How to complete the survey

There are two ways that students can complete the survey:

  1. Check your College email inbox for an email from the Director of Quality, Patricia Maguire. Please read this email carefully as it gives you important information and will direct you to the Student Survey Portal on EVASys (student survey platform provider). You will see the surveys relevant to you on the portal.
  2. In your programme Moodle page, you will see links that will direct you to the Student Survey Portal on EVASys (student survey platform provider).

Thank you for taking the complete the short surveys. Your feedback is very important to lecturers and the college.

*Please note that students on modules taught in China and students on modules in the Department of Social Protection programmes are not included in this module survey.
