Returning to the National College of Ireland Campus

National College of Ireland is renowned for its warm, friendly and supportive atmosphere. We are looking forward to reopening our campus, in line with HSE advice and Government directives, in time to welcome new and returning students for the autumn semester.

What will the campus look like?

As part of NCI’s commitment to provide a safe return to campus for staff and students, we have prepared this short video to let you know what the campus will look like in Autumn, informing you of some of the changes we have made and the protocols that will be in place.

Health and Safety

Before returning to campus, it is mandatory for students to complete a COVID-19 Questionnaire and to receive a response confirming that you may return to campus. You may be asked to show this email confirmation at the entrance of the College. If you receive an email saying that you must not attend a campus, be assured that the COVID Manager will contact you within 48 hours to explain why or to better understand your circumstances.

The College will always take our guidance from Government and HSE recommendations. We have compiled a Return to Campus Safety Protocol that brings together the most up-to-date information and best advice and applies it directly to our own Campus. Reading this document will allow you to fully understand the care we are taking in ensuring our students are as safe as possible during the Covid-19 pandemic. We will update this document as necessary, responding to the situation as it changes.
