National College of Ireland Accommodation fees for the full academic year of 2016/2017 are €6,100.
A deposit of €300 is payable on application. The deposit of €300 is held as condition of residence and returned at the end of term, less deduction of €27.50 per semester for insurance.
Accommodation fees are payable by 3 instalments:
1. The first payment of €3,050 must be received before July 15th 2016.
2. The second payment of €1,525 must be received before November 7th 2016.
3. The third payment of €1,525 must be received before February 6th 2016.
Accommodation fees are payable online using unique log in details provided by a payment request email. Payment can also be made by cheque, credit card, bank draft, standing order or postal order payable to National College of Ireland. All bank drafts and cheques can be posted to:

Confirmed applicants that wish to cancel their application must do so 8 weeks prior to the move in date. Any cancellations received after the cancellation period will incur a €100 administration fee, which will be deducted from the deposit paid.
