Organisations in the not-for-profit sector are
increasingly being asked to provide evidence for the
approaches that they use in their work or for particular
programmes. This can be vital for funding and other
supports. This course teaches participants how to use
modern research techniques to develop an evidence
base for their work. The course will also equip you to
use this research to implement changes to existing
programmes based on the research evidence.

This is a Special Purpose Award level 9 (10 ECTS credits).
Learners who complete this programme may be able to transfer some credits to an MSc in Non-Profit Management subject to progression rules at the time of application.
Attendance at college for 3 x 2-day blocks and 1 additional day (7 days total).
These blocks will be run over a 6-month or less period, allowing students
spend time on applying the evidence based principles learned, completing
applied projects as part of their assessment and focusing on independent
