QIE

Policies and Procedures NCI's Quality Assurance and Enhancement System (QAES) includes all our academic governance and management policies, procedures and guidelines. These are regularly reviewed to reinforce quality and consistency.
Institutional Effectiveness NCI strives to make informed decisions at an institutional and programme level. This is how we ensure we review and monitor our quality, relevance and currency to deliver our mission of 'changing lives through education'.
Quality Assurance NCI aligns its internal quality assurance processes with national and European standards and guidelines. Our QA processes operate at an institutional and programme level.

Quality Enhancement QIE seeks to identify and promote areas of good and innovative practice internally and externally to raise consistency and quality across NCI's programmes, services and strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement NCI is a stakeholder-led institution. The views, needs and experiences are regularly captured and reviewed to inform our programmes as well as strategic and operational priorities.
Meet the QIE Team Quality is the responsibility of all staff in NCI. The QIE Team is committed to empowering staff and students to maximise their efficiency and effectiveness at NCI through a culture of continuous quality improvement.
