In this section students will find a summary of the IT services available to registered students of NCI, together with guides and how-to videos all designed to help students navigate their way around available IT Services.
To access student IT services in NCI, it is mandatory that you are a fully registered student of the college (Please note it takes approximately 8 hours after registration is complete before IT accounts are created). All queries in relation to your student registration must be addressed directly to Admissions Office; by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Should you have any difficulties please do not hesitate to contact our IT Support Desk for assistance by logging a call on NCI360. To assist IT Support in responding to your query as quickly as possible, please provide the following information in your ticket:
- Your name and student ID number.
- Your NCI email and mobile phone number should we need to speak with you directly.
- Detailed description of the problem being encountered.
