As a registered NCI student with a valid student login, you can self-generate the majority of the student letters you need via NCI360 at the Student Letter Hub. Immigration letters, on the other hand, are issued by the International Office. Requesting Immigration Letters

New students: registering for the first time with immigration do not need to request a immigration letter. The student immigration letter is emailed to your student email within 3 working days of your scheduled Welcome Meeting.

Students who need to renew their student visa: To request an immigration letter, you should complete the Letter Request Form and submit a request in NCI Support Hub. Letters requested by Letter Request Form via the NCI Support Hub will be processed within 2 working days.

Students who have successfully completed their programme and are looking to move to the Graduate (1G) Visa: This letter can only be issued to students who have a final set of results and are applying for the 1G Graduate Visa. Working hours: The International Office working days are Monday-Friday 9-5pm (Irish time). If you request a letter by 4pm on Monday you will receive it by Wednesday and if you request a letter by 4pm on Friday you will receive it by Tuesday.
