About Aisling

Aisling Murray is a graduate of the MA in Human Resource Management at National College of Ireland and currently serves as Head of People and Culture at Codex Office Solutions where she plays a pivotal role in shaping organisational culture, employee experience and strategic HR delivery.

Aisling joined Codex in 2020 as a HR Business Partner and was instrumental in establishing the company's in-house Human Resources function. In June 2024, she was promoted to Head of People and Culture, reflecting both her leadership and the significant impact of her work within the organisation. 

Shaping Culture Through Leadership

Under Aisling's leadership, Codex has been recognised as Ireland's Best Workplace in the Great Place to Work Small Category for three consecutive years (2021, 2022 and 2023). Her work has helped transform Codex's approach to people and culture, including the introduction of flexible working, enhanced and inclusive leave policies, wellbeing initiatives and a benefits offering benchmarked among the top tier of Irish SMEs. 

Alongside her colleague Emily McKenzie, Head of Marketing at Codex, Aisling received the Special Ambassadors Award in 2023 which honours their dedication to helping their organisation become a Great Place to Work.

Speaking about her promotion, Aisling reflected on the opportunity to lead cultural change:

"I'm honoured to take on this new role and to continue working with such a talented team. I look forward to further advancing our people and culture initiatives and supporting employees as we move forward."

Her postgraduate studies at NCI supported the development of her strategic HR expertise, providing both the academic foundation and practical insight needed to lead in a growing and evolving organisation.
