CIPD Accredited Programmes at NCI

NCI is the country’s largest provider of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) graduates.

Business

Applications are now open for the following business courses with classes starting in January 2026.

MSc in International Business

This full-time course is aimed at anyone following a career path which requires them to step into middle to top management positions in an internationally focused business environment.

MA in Human Resource Management

Combined with CIPD, this full-time course is geared towards people wishing to continue or progress in their professional development in HR.

MSc in Management

This full-time course has been developed to satisfy the demand for courses which combine a strong theoretical foundation with a firm focus on practical application.

MSc in Entrepreneurship

This course is aimed at individuals seeking to develop an entrepreneurial mindset with a view to starting their own business or nurturing this approach within an existing organisational structure.

MSc in Finance

This course will provide graduates with the techniques and applied knowledge necessary to select, analyse and utilise advanced financial concepts within the setting of investment management and capital markets.

Certificate in Non-Profit Leadership and Management

This programme is aimed at improving specific, managerial and leadership competencies for managers and executives within the non-profit sector in Ireland and internationally.

Certificate in Harnessing Neurodiversity in the Modern Workplace

This 5 week, microcredential programme will allow students to learn more about neurodiversity in the workplace of today and how an organisation can harness the many benefits of this approach.

Computing Courses

We are offering a variety of computing courses at NCI in January 2026, in areas such as AI, Cybersecurity and Data Analytics.

MSc in Artificial Intelligence

This course aims to produce high-quality, technically competent, innovative graduates that will become leading practitioners in the field of artificial intelligence.

MSc in Artificial Intelligence for Business

This programme aims to produce high-quality, competent, innovative graduates that will become leading strategists in the field of AI.

MSc in Cybersecurity - Full-time

The aim of this programme is to provide learners with essential expert technical knowledge, competence and skills of the most important technical concepts of cybersecurity.

MSc in Cybersecurity - Part-time

This course is ideal for ICT professionals or graduates with an honours degree in computing or in a cognate area (STEM) who wish to develop a career as a cybersecurity professional.

MSc in Data Analytics - Full-time

Upon completion of this course, graduates will be able to demonstrate expert knowledge of data analysis, statistics, and the tools, techniques and technologies of data analytics utilised in both technical and business contexts.

MSc in Data Analytics - Part-time

This computing course aims to produce high-quality, technically competent, innovative graduates that will become leading practitioners in the field of data analytics.

MSc in Open Data Practice

Given the potential growth in this area the course is ideal for graduates that are looking to progress into the emerging open data and wider data analytics market to increase their employment potential.

MSc in Cloud Computing

Students of this programme will gain experience with the latest ethical design principles, models, and technologies via our state-of-the-art Cloud Competency Centre.

Microcredentials

Microcredentials are short, sharp, programmes that give you an in-depth understanding of a key skill area in a focused way. They are drawn from our postgraduate programmes so should you decide to progress to a full award you will get credit for this module.

Certificate in Curriculum and Pedagogical Practice for Early Childhood Home Visiting

Over the course of this 12-week learning programme, students will experience strategies to support virtual parent-child engagement; trauma informed practice, and parents to support their children’s holistic learning and development.

Certificate in Leadership, Governance and Change Management in Early Childhood Home Visiting

Over the course of this 12-week programme, students will develop knowledge, skills, and values, through the study of key topics incorporated throughout the programme, including leadership theories and concepts, sociocultural theory and national early childhood frameworks and policy.

Certificate in Business Intelligence
