Repeat Registration Forms

• Thie Repeat by Attending registration form is now closed. It will reopen in Janaury 2027 for students returning to Semester 2 of the 2026/27 Academic year.
• The Resit registration form for students who are required to Re-sit their Assessment or Exam in JANUARY 2027 ONLY, will be made available in December 2026.

Recheck/Review Application Forms

• Exam Recheck Application Form: Exam Rechecks can be requested after Semester One, Semester Two and Autumn/Repeat Examination results have been released:

• Exam Review Application Form: Students must have their full set of results for programme stage. Exam Reviews can be requested when the stage is finished and you have a complete set of results. Please ensure to select the correct form as per your programme:

Other Forms

• Exit Award Application Form: Students who wish to exit their programme with a lesser award should complete the form via the Student Support Hub.
• Past Transcript Request Form: Alumni who wish to request a copy of their transcripts should complete this form. Current students can access and download their results via the Results page on MyDetails. 
• Diploma Supplement Reissue Request Form: Alumni who wish to request a reprint of their Diploma Supplement should complete this form
