Rachel leads the CIPD accredited, professional Human Resources and Learning & Development programmes in National College of Ireland. She spent many years working in Management and Human Resources / Learning & Development in various sectors. Rachel has also consulted on HR issues to Microsoft, IBM, the Blood Transfusion Board and several Government Departments.
She has a B.Sc. from University of Dublin, an M.Sc. from University of Leicester and Ph.D. from University of Leicester. She is a Chartered Member (MCIPD) of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
