About Erica
Erica Coen is an MBA graduate of National College of Ireland whose career spans business development, operations, project management and commercial strategy across the pharmaceutical, animal health and life sciences sectors.
Following her MBA studies at NCI, Erica continued to build her leadership experience through a range of senior roles, most recently being appointed Head of Operations at Micron Agritech, an innovative company using artificial intelligence and technology to transform animal health. Prior to this, Erica held leadership positions with organisations including Orphan Drug Consulting and Chanelle Pharma.
Reflecting on her decision to undertake her postgraduate studies, Erica shares that:
"The MBA at NCI is the best decision I have ever made. I am reaping the rewards from that decision in both my personal and professional life."
