CARN Study Day: Doing Action Research in the Real World

founded in 1976 in order to continue the development work of the Ford
Teaching Project in UK primary and secondary schools. Since that time it
has grown to become an international network drawing its members from
educational, health, social care, commercial, and public services
CARN aims to
encourage and support action research projects (personal, local,
national and international), accessible accounts of action research
projects, and contributions to the theory and methodology of action
About the event
The event is focused on how to build
capacity and support services, schools and communities to engage in real
world action research in collaboration with action research communities.
Starting at 9am, attendees will hear from independent researcher and representatives from CARN, Liverpool Hope University, NEARI and more on how to plan, carry out, and review action research in the real world.
