Enhancing university-to-work transition of students with disabilities through work placements: assessing barriers and facilitators in Irish higher education.
Funded by Research Ireland under the New Foundations programme, this project examines barriers and facilitators affecting access to and participation in work placements for students with disabilities across Irish higher education, with a focus on supporting inclusive university-to-work transitions.
