Tell us a little bit about yourself and your background:

My name is Fumnanya, I am a cyberSOC analyst at integrity360.

What made you choose Ireland as a place you wanted to work? 

Ireland was one of my top choices because of the opportunity in the tech space. It became really famous after the Brexit as so many companies moved to Ireland had their English speaking base in Europe. 

 

What was your most memorable experience from your time at NCI ?

I would say meeting people, I usually play table tennis back then in the SU room in the basement. 

How did you hear about your role? 

I saw the role on LinkedIn and applied as I was applying to so many roles at the time. 

 

What did the recruitment process involve and how did you prepare for it ?

It had 2 main stages after a little chat with the recruiter. One with the hiring manager and one with the director. 

Can you describe the visa process you underwent ?

The company sponsored me which got me to a critical skill visa. It was pretty seemly as they did the whole process for me. 

What is a typical day like in your current role?

Investigating alerts and escalating them if they seem suspicious. 

 

What do you enjoy most about your current role?

New things to learn almost always, it keeps it interesting. 

What has been the most challenging part of your graduate journey ?

Getting a job, it can be tedious and might feel like opportunities are no longer there but you just have to keep learning and applying.

Keep learning
Never give up 
Try to connect with as many people as possible(networking is important).
