Key Responsibilities at NCI

• Management responsibility for permanent and associate faculty engaged in teaching the School of Business undergraduate programmes.
• Subject leadership through the provision of general academic oversight across all level 6, 7 and 8 programmes and modules. 
• Timetabling and allocation of teaching responsibilities in conjunction with the Dean. 
• Management of implementation and day-to-day oversight of NCI's QA policy and procedures for the School's undergraduate programmes. 
• Oversight of the college's apprenticeship programmes to ensure that these are effectively managed and fully integrated into the portfolio of undergraduate programmes. 
• Working with the relevant professional bodies associated with the portfolio of undergraduate programmes. 
• Leading and managing relevant programme development. 
• Leading, managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations for undergraduate programmes. 
• Ensuring the views of undergraduate students within the school are acted on appropriately. 
• Working collaboratively with other internal schools and departments. 
• Developing and managing international collaborations and partnerships. 
• Taking the lead on programme accreditations. 
• Attending and contributing to Academic Council and Academic Operations.
