Webmas 2013

Webmas 2013 is a project being undertaken by 12 students from the Certificate in Web Development at National College of Ireland. This Sunday, the 15th of December, these students will split into 3 teams and, led by experienced developers, will create websites for 3 good causes. This year Camara, Give1Thing and the Nathan Kirwan Trust have partnered with the project.

The build, which is organised by National College of Ireland lecturer Sam Cogan, will last just 24 hours, at the end of which 3 worthy causes will hopefully have their own, brand new website to promote their message.

On the day we will be live tweeting from the @webmasIRL account and blogging about the progress throughout the day. We will also have a website chock full of details and pictures live tomorrow so keep an eye on twitter for all the latest updates.

If you have any queries or would like to find out how you can get involved, please email cogansam@gmail.com, or tweet us.

Best of luck to everyone taking part!
