Semester Passport

Each semester the international support team will run activities to help you settle into student life at NCI and we encourage you to join as many sessions as possible. The Semester Passport accompanies these activities which are divided into 4 categories:

Know-How sessions to understand how things work at NCI.
Out & About sessions to get to know Dublin better.
Meet-Up sessions to meet other NCI students.
Above & Beyond activities you are doing to help others.

Tue 10/12/19	Coffee & Chat 3pm	Join us for the Christmas edition of Coffee & Chat this week. We'll be chatting about all things Christmas and any other topics you want to bring up. Register on NCI360 to join.
Wed 11/12/19	Ice Skating 2pm	We are going to Dundrum to try ourselves at ice skating. Register on NCI360 and pay for your ticket by Monday 9 December 4pm.
Fri 13/12/19	Christmas at the Castle 5pm	Join Ellen and the peer mentors for a trip to the 1st ever Christmas market at Dublin Castle. Register on NCI360 to join. This event is free of charge.

Letters

As an international student you will need letters throughout your time at NCI (e.g. travel via letters, registration letters, casual work letters, etc.) Letters can be requested from the International office by completing a Letter Request Form. Download the form and return it to internationalsupport@ncirl.ie or fill in a hard copy at the International office and hand it to a staff member.

You must ensure your home address is up to date on MyDetails before requesting your letters.

Letters requests will be processed within 2 working days and are to be collected from the International office.

Pastoral Care

The International office is open for drop-in service from Monday to Friday from 10am - 12pm and 2pm - 4pm for letter requests and collections, information and way finding.
