Entry Requirements




Qualification Leads to entry into
Successful completion of 1 year at a recognised university in Thailand with a minimum GPA of 2.6 or above depending on the subject area and institution attended
Year 1 of Bachelor degrees
A recognised International Foundation course from an Irish/UK institution or a Thai institution following a validated Irish/UK syllabus. Entry requirements vary but we normally ask for between 60% and 65%
Year 1 of Bachelors degrees
A Levels or International Baccalaureate  Year 1 of Bachelors degrees
Students with a Bachelor degree from a non-prestigious university  Possibly year 2 of Bachelor degrees 


Entry onto Postgraduate programmes

If you are applying for a Masters (e.g. MA, MSc, MBA) programme at NCI, you will be required to meet the English Language Requirements and will typically have one of the following qualifications:

  • A relevant 4 year Bachelor degrees from a well-recognized institution. GPA requirements will vary according to the course applied for and the Thai institution attended. Students from very prestigious institutions will be considered with an overall GPA of 2.6 or above depending on the subject area chosen. Students from less prestigious institutions should have a GPA of 2.8 or above
