Entry Requirements

Undergraduate

Qualification Leads to entry into
The High School Diploma with a minimum GPA of 3.0 plus:
SAT score of 1000+ (1800 prior to 2016) OR ACT composite score of 22 and above
OR
2-3 Advanced Placement Examinations in relevant subjects with grades 3 and above OR 2-3 SAT subject tests in relevant subjects with a minimum score of 600 in each
Year 1 of Bachelors degree
Satisfactory completion of one year of a college/university programme with minimum GPA of 2.8 Year 1 of Bachelors degree
Associate degree (2 years) Possibly year 2 of Bachelors degree
Professional Diploma from a technical school (2 years post-secondary in a specialized field of study) Possibly year 2 of Bachelors degree

 

Entry onto Postgraduate programmes

If you are applying for a Masters (e.g. MA, MSc, MBA) programme at NCI, you will be required to meet the English Language Requirements and will typically have one of the following qualifications:

  • Four-year Bachelor degree with a minimum GPA of 2.8+ from an accredited institution. 
  • Bachelor degree from a recognized institution with an award of 2.2 or higher, depending on subject area 
  • Applicants without a first degree but with 5-7 years relevant work experience may also be considered on an individual basis for some Masters programmes
  • Students are not required to take GRE or GMAT exams
