Examining the lack of social infrastructure in North Lotts/Docklands SDZ plans to date, this article make a strong case for a second NCI campus and quotes our president, Gina Quin: "NCI's second campus will be a shared space between offices and new residents and those who've lived in Docklands north and south for generations, offering a common facility for all, a meeting place that nurtures social cohesion."
