NCI VP Professor Jimmy Hill appointed President of IAJBS


We are proud to announce that National College of Ireland Vice President, Professor Jimmy Hill, a long-serving board member of IAJBS, and Executive Committee Secretary, who has served as president-elect for the last two years, had his appointment as the new President of the International Association of Jesuit Business Schools ratified at the AGM on Friday 23rd July. He will hold this position for two years.

IAJBS is an international network of administrative academic leaders from Higher Education Institutes with a focus on management and business education based on the Ignatian principles of social justice and global sustainability. Members include Georgetown University in Washington DC, Sophia University in Tokyo, and ESADE in Barcelona. The AGM was held as part of the 26th Annual IAJBS Conference, hosted online by ITESO University, Guadalajara.

“I am honoured to have been chosen for this role and I am excited to build on our strong Jesuit heritage and history,” said Professor Hill.
